Who we are

Senva is being set up as a company in Umeå, Sweden, by Åke Brännström and Antón Carcedo. Until the company is registered, the founders are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at anton.carcedo@umu.se.

What we collect

This website only collects what you type into the waiting-list form: your name, your email address and, if you choose, your country. We don’t use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details to tell you when Senva launches and, now and then, to share news about the project. We do this because you have agreed to it (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by asking us to remove you, or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Who else handles it

• The waiting-list form is received by Formspree, a form service based in the USA, which passes your details on to us.
• This website is hosted in Europe by statichost.eu.

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it after the launch.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email us and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se, or to the data protection authority where you live.

When Senva launches

The test itself will involve saliva samples and health results. Before we offer it, we’ll publish a separate privacy policy that explains how that data is handled.
